The priority key constraint/barrier is the lack of collaboration. The good opportunity to work together with the other partners will strengthen the key stakeholders and communication will be improved. Also, collaboration will strengthen all key players, and the access to available data will me better.
Totally agree with this point about air pollution and collection data on effectiveness of NCD interventions
I would like to add that the air pollution and mental health are also the priorities, as they are even didn’t mentioned. These two are should be more focused as well
Efforts to approach NCD problem solving in a more impactful way for me is engage the high-level politician through the different economic stakeholders. In Kyrgyzstan we are working with the institute of research of economic policy. Economists are engaged they use the economic terms to speak with the government. The partners from social sector (education, youth policy, social affairs, sport should see their own benefit and the MoH should work more closely with them and here the WHO is more effective, because all ministries in the state are competing with each other, when WHO can be more effective with the strengthening the role of the MoH.
